Auditions for DOG COLLAR

Actors wanted for a cathartic exploration of an absurd job market.

Left of Left Center announces auditions for the world premiere of Dog Collar, a contemporary satire about job interviews by Ned O’Reilly.

Performance dates are April 4, 5, 11, 12 at The Brink Lounge.

Auditions will be at Lakeview Moravian Church, 3565 Tulane Ave. in Madison, on February 17, 18, and 19 from 6:30-9 PM. Please enter through the door marked “OFFICE.”

Roles available for these performers:

One African-American male actor, stage age 20-35 to play Curtis, a skilled tech wizard who paid attention in geography class.
One female actor, stage age 20-35 to play Penelope, a blue-collar worker with small-town morals and hidden talents.
One female actor, stage age 25-35 to play Aya, a wily, multi-ethnic citizen of the world. A white-collar femme fatale.
One female actor, stage age 20-35 to play Ashley, an efficient assistant who judo-flips her case of Stockholm Syndrome.

Rehearsals will begin February 20 at Lakeview Moravian.
